Job Description
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Acting as a team support on general administration matters to the Department
- Liaison point for communication
- Research and report writing to Head Office
- Recruitment, New joiner & leaver, Invoice and Benefits
- Assist preparation and expense claims and other duties
- Provide support to overseas delegations to UK for all divisions and business lines when necessary
- Assist training project
- Other HR and Admin duties assigned by manager
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin; Cantonese would be beneficial
- Experience as an Admin / team secretary to senior management in a corporate and diversified environment
- Process oriented with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to control
- Strong and flexible team player with good oral and written communication skills.
- Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment.
