Job Description

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Acting as a team support on general administration matters to the Department
  • Liaison point for communication
  • Research and report writing to Head Office
  • Recruitment, New joiner & leaver, Invoice and Benefits
  • Assist preparation and expense claims and other duties
  • Provide support to overseas delegations to UK for all divisions and business lines when necessary
  • Assist training project
  • Other HR and Admin duties assigned by manager

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin; Cantonese would be beneficial
  • Experience as an Admin / team secretary to senior management in a corporate and diversified environment
  • Process oriented with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to control
  • Strong and flexible team player with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment.
